How We Work
Consultations last 2-3 hours generally and include a detailed report outlining room by room staging solutions, color advice, furniture placement, and organizational ideas. The homeowner then has the opportunity to decide if they would like to complete the solutions themselves or need the assistance of my professional staging team to handle all the details on their behalf. We create your stage, and by days end your home is ready for loads of offers at top price. Payment is required on date of service and can be paid with cash, personal check, cashier’s check, or major credit cards. Consultations are based on total square footage of the home and start at $250. Staging charges are based on scope of solutions the homeowner chooses our team to complete.
